If you are a Texas resident, we don't care where you got married

PERSONS MARRIED ELSEWHERE. The law of this state applies to persons married elsewhere who are domiciled in this state. My Comment: Texas does not care where you married - in Alaska or China. If you have lived in Texas for 6 months and in the same county for 90 days -- congratulations you are a resident of Texas.
